Sinds kort is er ook een tabblad "Afgeschreven" in het systeem zichtbaar.

Helaas is daar nu voor het eerst een lening in terechtgekomen.

De lener heeft zich met succes failliet weten te laten verklaren.

We inform you that investment no. N112347033 has been written off from your portfolio. In this case, debt recovery is not possible, as there are no available assets to pursue.

The investment has been written off due to one of the following reasons:

the borrower’s bankruptcy proceedings were announced and successfully completed; or

there were insufficient assets to recover from the inheritance of a deceased borrower, which was taken over by the state; or

there were insufficient assets to recover from an estate accepted under inventory.

From now on, this investment will no longer be shown among your active investments. This means that the recovery prospects for this investment are considered nonexistent, and it will not generate any returns.
